In-House In-situ Equipment
VertaseFLI owns and operates its own fleet of purpose built in-situ remediation and water treatment equipment.

Our own manufacturing facility allows us to develop, design and build in-situ process equipment for almost any situation, covering all major remediation technologies including dual and multi-phase vapour extraction, air sparging, in-situ chemical oxidation, pump and treat, product recovery and air stripping as well as appropriate vapour treatment.

The in-situ team consists of experienced, qualified staff including a process engineer with a decade of experience in design (including ATEX compliant equipment) and a fully qualified electrician.

Design and Installation
All in-situ plant built by VertaseFLI goes through a rigorous design procedure before being built and extensive testing prior to leaving our workshop to ensure safety and functionality.

The plant built can be installed as a stand-alone remediation system tailored to a specific project, to the client’s requirements or, in support of a larger remediation project.

On site installation and commissioning is carried out by the staff who constructed the system and checked by the designer. They are fully integrated into the project team so that they can provide full training to operational personnel, for operation by VertaseFLI or our clients.
