QESH Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a QESH Co-Ordinator with previous experience in a Quality Assurance role who can manage our Integrated Management System (IMS).  We have ISO certification to ISO9001 Quality Management Standard, ISO14001 Environmental Management Standard and ISO45001 Occupation Health & Safety Management Standards.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Day to day management, continual review and improvement of the IMS system
  • Prepare and co-ordination of the Internal Audit schedule and undertaking internal management system and site audits as part of internal audit team and ensure the competency of the internal audit team.
  • Assisting the H&S Manager in preparing monthly QESH Communications and quarterly status management reports to the business
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators, Objectives and Supplier / subcontractor data base

We are looking for someone that will be happy to travel as our sites are based across the UK.

What we are looking for

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Have an ISO Internal Auditors Qualification
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within the Construction Industry would be advantageous but not a necessity as would any relevant professional memberships / accreditations relevant to Quality.
  • An individual with attention to detail, excellent MS Office skills, able to communicate at all levels.
  • Ideally have a valid CSCS card but this can be arranged.

Invasive Weeds Operative

We are looking for someone to work across our sites on the management of invasive weeds- such as Japanese Knotweed etc.  The role would require you to stay away from home from time to time.  Experience or qualifications in the management of invasive weeds would be desirable however we can provide full training for this.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and will include a fully expensed company vehicle, pension scheme, generous annual leave (including an opportunity to buy/sell holiday) and membership of a medical benefit scheme.

Setting Out Engineer

We are looking for a setting out engineer with previous experience in earthworks to join our team.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting technical drawings
  • Topographical surveys
  • Site levelling surveys
  • Setting out activities
  • Supporting the project team in accordance with engineering specifications
  • Processing of surveys using LSS and AutoCAD

We are looking for someone that will be happy to travel as our sites are based across the UK.  A fully expensed company vehicle will be provided.

What we are looking for

  • Site based setting out experience
  • Proficient in use of Leica Total Station and GNSS/GPS Survey Equipment or similar
  • Competent in AutoCAD software
  • Competent in the use of LSS software is beneficial but training can be given
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence

The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to their work with good time management skills.
